The Akimbo VD-12 is the only akimbo variant of a primary weapon, the VD-12, instead of being based on a secondary. This also means one cannot bring both the solo VD-12 and the Akimbo VD-12 together, as they occupy the same slot. Additionally, the Akimbo version also has a few unique traits of its own.
